Raef, sorry to see you go. It was nice to see such a gentleman on the show and what a shame you lost over a box of atishu!!!

At least, you can come over to Sheabutter Cottage and work as my apprentice where there is enough pure unrefined fair trade sheabutter and organic virgin coconut oil to slick that hair back.

Back in February this year, I managed to dust my soap equipment and made a batch of soap with thick avocado oil, delicious olive oil and pure unrefined shea butter (naturally). After more than 10 weeks on the curing racks, I have a smooth luxurious rich creamy bar with a refreshing blend of pure essential oils to offer Cioccolatina customers.

Wonderful as a body soap, fantastic as a shampoo bar.

After the lovely warm weather here in Caversham for the past few days, my spirits were slightly dampened when I woke up to grey skies this morning. This quickly changed when I received this gorgeous bouquet of flowers in today's post with a Get Well Soon note "shea butter has transformed my life - these flowers say a big thank - you! from me and all the other ladies you've helped. Much love, .. x" - I am really touched. The photo does not do any justice to the gorgeous scented flowers which were sent through Cornish Lilies

As a small business, I am always on the look out for cost cutting. After much deliberation, I have decided to part company with BT as they was no point in "throwing money down the drain".

I have decided to stick to my Skype service and can confirm that the contact number for Sheabutter Cottage is now +44 (0) 208 144 4609. This is going to affect most of our printed material but the money saved will outweigh that problem.

A DROP OF RED ...........

... it is true that I have been dying for a glass of wine but can't touch any since I am on a course of antibiotics.

On a serious note though, I am referring to donating blood. Thanks to all those who have already donated, I was kept alive with 3 blood transfusions during my recent major surgery.

I have promised myself that I will donate blood to save someone else's life when I am back on the healthy road. Until then, we can all do our bit to keep others alive.

For more information, contact The National Blood Service - thank you ;))
